After you order
We confirm every order by email. When your bracelet is on its way, we send a second email, with a tracking link where tracking is available.
Find your order
You can see the status of your orders at any time by signing in to your account with the email address you used at checkout.
Can't find it?
Check your spam or promotions folder for our emails first. If you still can't find your order, send us a message with your order number and we will look into it.
